Assistant Property Manager

Right now, we are seeking someone to serve as our next Assistant Property Manager for Multi-Family.


The APM- Multi Family will assist the Property Manager with all tasks related to the management of properties of 5 or more Residential units. The APM will work under the direction of the Multi Family Property Manager and coordination with any on-site manager.

Residential Property Manager

Our team at Aborn Powers is diligently seeking a Property Manager. This position requires a "people person" who is a highly detail oriented, someone with excellent organizational skills and who completes tasks in a timely manner.
 

The perfect candidate should be someone who is honest, flexible and works well with varying personality types. Aborn Powers' desire is a team player who has a "Can Do" attitude! You must be quick on your feet and willing to roll with the punches as they come.

The Assistant Commercial Property Manager position requires a "people person" who is highly meticulous, someone with excellent organizational skills that completes tasks in a timely manner.

The Multi-Family Property Mananger will work with the Assistant Multi-Family Property Manager with all tasks related to the management of properties of 5 or more Residential units. The Multi-Family Property Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Property Management and coordination with any on-site manager.

The day-to-day operations of a portfolio of HOA & Residential properties including but not limited to tenant placement, and daily general maintenance. Communicating with property owners, vendors, tenants, and team to ensure that property goals for occupancy and financial performance are be met or exceeded. The Portfolio may include responsibilities of overseeing Building Owner association management.
